The Mission You'll lead the architecture and planning for a complex data migration and integration program, supporting the rollout of a new enterprise platform. This role blends strategic foresight with hands-on delivery, which is ideal for someone who can zoom out to roadmap level and zoom in to solve technical dependencies.
Expect to: - Architect the data migration and integration strategy
- Lead planning for decommissioning legacy systems and operational spreadsheets
- Develop a future-state roadmap for analytics, governance, and compliance
- Facilitate technical planning sessions across internal and external teams
- Ensure sequencing, roles, and dependencies are clearly mapped and risk-managed
Key Deliverables - Data Migration Plan - cleansing, profiling, staging, and transition strategy
- Data Platform Plan - future-state framework for analytics and governance
- Technical Transition Plan - phased migration blueprint with integration design
You Bring - Proven experience as a Data & Integration Architecture Lead in enterprise transitions
- Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and business domains
- Ability to operate autonomously and deliver in fast-paced environments
