What You'll Bring - 80%+ hands‑on and strategic experience across D365, ideally spanning F&O and Customer Operations
- Strong architectural capability across enterprise platforms, integrations, data, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions
- Ability to work across business and technology stakeholders, shaping roadmaps and ensuring architectural coherence
- Experience governing multi‑vendor delivery environments and ensuring alignment to enterprise standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders and delivery teams
What You'll Do - Define and maintain the enterprise architecture for a D365‑centric ecosystem
- Provide architectural oversight across F&O, Customer Operations, integrations, data flows, and automation
- Identify opportunities to embed AI and intelligent automation into business processes
- Support program governance, solution assurance, and vendor alignment
- Advise executives on technology direction, risks, and architectural trade‑offs
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions align with the target state
