Pega Certified Senior System Architects (CSSA) to lead solution design and deliver complex, scalable Pega applications across Australia — including Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney.

What You’ll Be Doing - Architect and deliver robust, scalable Pega applications
- Lead solution design with analysts, SMEs, and technical teams
- Enhance user experience using Constellation, Portal, and Web Embed
- Apply Infinity ’25 and Blueprint to accelerate design and modernisation
- Guide teams on guardrails, best practices, and reusable patterns
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive performance optimisation
- Produce clear solution artefacts, documentation, and technical guidance
- Support PGP‑aligned workflows for public‑sector programs
- Operate confidently in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment
What You Bring - Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
- CSSA Certification (required)
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise Pega solutions
- Hands‑on expertise with Constellation or modern Pega UI
- Deep understanding of case design, integrations, security, and performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to balance technical depth with business value
Bonus Points For - CSA, PGP, or Pega Express Delivery certifications
- Experience combining PGP with Constellation
- Familiarity with Infinity ’25 features and Blueprint‑driven design
- Knowledge of DevOps, pipelines, and release management
- Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance
