- Troubleshoot technical challenges with speed and precision
- Champion Pega guardrails and development best practices
- Build responsive, accessible apps across web, tablet, and mobile
- Lead performance tuning, code reviews, and technical deep dives
- Produce clear, concise documentation and solution artifacts
- Juggle priorities in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
What You Bring - Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
- CSSA Certification (required)
- Experience in customer-facing technical delivery roles
- Proven success delivering enterprise-grade Pega solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset with a sharp focus on business value
Bonus Points For - CSA, Pega Express Delivery, or Pega Government Platform certifications
- Experience with DCO for business requirements gathering
- Exposure to Pega Constellation and modern UI frameworks
