What You’ll Be Doing As a Salesforce Industries Solution Architect, you’ll be the technical and design authority across major transformation initiatives. You’ll shape end‑to‑end architectures, lead solution design, and ensure the smart, scalable use of OmniStudio and the broader Salesforce platform.
Your responsibilities include: - Designing Salesforce and OmniStudio architectures that maximise business value and long‑term maintainability.
- Leading solution design across data models, security, DevOps, integrations, and analytics.
- Guiding governance forums with clear, pragmatic technical direction.
- Producing high‑level architecture and overseeing detailed design.
- Embedding strong design practices across business and technical teams.
- Facilitating workshops, challenging assumptions, and championing agile ways of working.
- Managing stakeholder relationships with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
- Mentoring Senior Developers and Tech Leads to uplift capability across the team.
What You Bring - Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, ideally within Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio).
- Strong technical depth across OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), LWC, Apex, and integration patterns.
- A track record of translating business needs into scalable, elegant solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A passion for coaching, continuous learning, and elevating delivery standards.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Application Architect, System Architect, etc.) are highly regarded.
