We're looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect with a passion for customer engagement and loyalty innovation. This is a rare opportunity to shape enterprise-scale solutions that combine Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Data Cloud into one seamless ecosystem.
If you've delivered even one or two Salesforce Loyalty Management implementations, and you're ready to step up as the technical authority across multi-cloud programs, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Act as the technical authority for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management implementations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable multi-cloud architectures.
  • Lead the integration of Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management with Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
  • Oversee data models, APIs, and security frameworks for Marketing Cloud and Loyalty programs.
  • Ensure best practices in AMPscript, SSJS, Journey Builder, and advanced automation.
  • Provide technical governance on large-scale implementations, ensuring performance and compliance.
  • Mentor developers and consultants, building strong capability in Marketing Cloud and Loyalty solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on Salesforce releases and new features in Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years Salesforce experience, with 3+ years as a Technical Architect.
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile, Email Studio, AMPscript, SSJS).
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management (tiers, points logic, integrations) — even 1-2 implementations is enough.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Experience with Data Cloud integration, data mapping, and external connectors.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative development.
  • Salesforce certifications across Marketing Cloud, System Architect, or Technical Architect track.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical depth with business clarity.
Bonus Points
  • Delivery experience in regulated industries with complex compliance needs.
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms).
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud Next (Growth & Advanced).
  • Experience with AWS, Snowflake, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable release management.
  • Active engagement in the Salesforce ecosystem (user groups, certifications in progress, thought leadership).
