Salesforce Tester | Hybrid, Melbourne | Permanent (Contract considered)
Our client is a specialist Salesforce consultancy delivering transformation projects for organisations across Australia. They're looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester to join their delivery team. This is a permanent opportunity, though we may consider a contract arrangement for an exceptional candidate.
About the role
You'll ensure quality across Salesforce implementations for a range of clients, working alongside consultants, developers, business analysts and client stakeholders. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, can get up to speed quickly on new projects, and is confident working directly with clients.
What you'll be doing
- Designing, writing and executing test strategies, test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations
- Performing functional, regression, integration and system testing across multiple client projects
- Testing across Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Leading and supporting UAT with client business users
- Identifying, logging and tracking defects through to resolution
- Contributing to test automation and helping improve the consultancy's QA practices
- Working within Agile delivery teams and participating in sprint ceremonies
What you'll bring
- 3+ years' experience testing Salesforce applications
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, flows and security/permissions
- Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira, Xray or Zephyr
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients
- Agile delivery experience
Highly regarded
- Previous experience in a Salesforce partner or consulting environment
- Salesforce test automation experience (e.g. Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium, Playwright)
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator or similar)
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification
