A boutique consulting firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep Salesforce delivery experience to lead complex, multi‑cloud programs across Enterprise, Healthcare and Public Sector clients. Hybrid role, 2-3 days onsite in Sydney.
What You'll Do - Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce program delivery across multi‑cloud environments
- Manage cross‑functional teams of Salesforce consultants, architects, and developers
- Drive Agile & Waterfall delivery, tailoring approaches to client governance
- Oversee delivery planning, RAID management, budgets, and vendor coordination
- Shape PMO frameworks and contribute to pre‑sales, estimation, and solution shaping
What You'll Bring - 10+ years of senior project management experience
- Proven Salesforce project delivery experience (must‑have) — e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, or industry‑specific implementations
- Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, and exec levels
- Experience delivering in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Ability to navigate complex data, integration, and change landscapes
Nice to Have - Experience with Salesforce DevOps (Gearset, Copado, SFDX)
- CRM/SaaS or multi‑cloud transformation background
- Jira & Confluence
- Exposure to Design Thinking or human‑centred delivery
