Salesforce Solution Architect — OmniStudio / Salesforce Industries

Location: Anywhere in Australia (Aussie citizenship required)
Clearance: Baseline, NV1 or NV2 gets you extra points
Engagement: Permanent or Contract

If you're a Salesforce Architect who loves solving tricky problems, shaping clean, scalable designs, and helping teams deliver great work, this one's worth a look. You'll be working on programs that actually matter,  the kind that improve customer and citizen experiences, not just shuffle data around.

What Makes This Role Interesting
  • Architect scalable OmniStudio solutions that stand up to real‑world complexity
  • Lead end‑to‑end design across data, security, DevOps, and integrations
  • Shape technical direction and influence how major programs are delivered
  • Mentor and uplift teams so everyone levels up
  • Join a team that values curiosity, craftsmanship, and genuinely good people
Health Cloud experience is great to have, but not essential.
PSS (Public Sector Solutions) experience is also a nice bonus, especially if you've worked on government‑scale programs.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go‑to technical voice across large transformation programs, the person who brings clarity, structure, and smart design choices to the table. You'll help shape the architecture, guide delivery teams, and make sure the platform is used in a way that's scalable, maintainable, and future‑friendly.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
  • Designing Salesforce and OmniStudio architectures that balance business value with long‑term sustainability
  • Leading solution design across data models, security, DevOps, APIs, and analytics
  • Providing clear, pragmatic guidance in governance forums
  • Producing high‑level architecture and reviewing detailed design
  • Embedding strong design practices across business and technical teams
  • Facilitating workshops and challenging assumptions in a constructive way
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Coaching Senior Developers and Tech Leads to lift capability across the board
What You Bring
  • Solid experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, ideally with Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio
  • Strong hands‑on capability across FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, plus LWC, Apex, and integration patterns
  • Experience with PSS or Health Cloud is a bonus, not a blocker
  • A knack for turning business needs into clean, scalable solutions
  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement
  • A genuine interest in mentoring and raising the bar for delivery
  • Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Application Architect, System Architect, etc.) are a big plus
  • Australian citizenship is essential
  • Baseline, NV1 or NV2 clearance is highly valued
